For Samosa Sheet
1Take a bowl, Mix all purpose flour and salt. Then add ghee and rub into it.
2Add water little by little and knead into a stiff dough. Allow the dough to rest for 15 minutes.
3Knead it again, take small portion of dough and Shape it into smooth balls. Roll the balls into thin rounds. Make thin sheets ( chappathies).
4Heat a pan and heat each side of chappathi, allow to dry it. Don’t allow it to cook.
5Cut both edges of the sheet ( Chappathi) Make it to 2 equal lengthy sheets.
6Take one sheet, and make a cone.
1Add the onion, green chilli powder, salt and ginger and add the green peas.
2Add the Boiled potatoes and mix well.
1After 30 minutes, spread the flour and make it a shape of rectangle.
2Make the sheet into Samosa shape and add the fillings.
3Fry the same in Oil.
