    Urid Dhal

    Capsicum

    Curry Leaves

  • 1Heat 3 teaspoons of cooking oil in a vessel

    2Once the oil is hot, add Urad Dal, Cashew Nuts, Onion, Capsicum (optional) We can use Brinjal and few curry leaves. Allow them to splutter.

    3Add 4 tablespoons of Eastern Vangibath Mix

    4Add 2 teaspoons of salt.

    5Stir for 2-3 minutes on a low flame

    6Add 600g of Cooked rice and mix thoroughly

    7Add 5 tablespoon lime juice (optional).

    Cooking Tips

    You can use Capsicum instead of Brinjal to spice things up !
