1Cook the chicken in small amount of water with salt and 2 ½ tsp of Eastern Pepper Chicken Masala.
2Heat oil in a pan.
3Sauté sliced onion, chopped ginger, sliced green chilli, sliced galic and curry leaves till brown.
4Add the cooked chicken and add 1 ½ teaspoon of Eastern Pepper chicken Masala and cook till done.
5Garnish with crushed pepper.
1Make a fine paste of Eastern Pepper Chicken Masala.
2Add egg if required.
3Apply the paste over the dressed chicken pieces.
4Keep aside for 30 minutes.
5Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces until they turn to dark brown.
6Remove from the fire and serve hot.
