    Ingredients

    Water - 2 Cup

    Rice Ada - 1 Cup

    Jaggery Syrup - 1 cup

    Thin Coconut Milk - 1 cup

    Thick Coconut Milk - 1 cup

    Cardamom Powder - 1/2 TSP

    Mango Pulp - 1 Cup

    Raisins, Cashewnut & Coconut Slices

  • 1Boil Rice ada in a bowl for 15 Minutes.

    2Pour Jaggery Syrup on to the cooking vessel.

    3Add boiled Rice Ada's to the Jaggery syrup. Stir well untill Jaggery Syrup infuses to the rice ada.

    4Add in Thin Coconut Milk and Cardamom Powder to the mix.

    5Add Mango Pulp to the mix with Thick Coconut Milk. Stir well.

    6Fry Raisins, Cashewnut & Coconut Slices and Add to the mix.

    7Serve.

    Recipe is nice and the video is mouth watering..!! I like Ada Pradhaman more but I will surely try this.

    In your mambazha pradhman recipe, Instead of thin coconut milk it was mentioned as thin coconut oil. Pls correct it in the recipe
