1Chop onions finely and saute, in oil until golden brown.
2Add chopped tomatoes and fry till done.
3Add slices of ginger, green chilies and sauté until aroma comes out.
4Add the masala and fry for a few minutes.
5Add chicken pieces .salt and 200ml second milk.
6Add sufficient amount of water if the quantity of milk is not enough to cook the chicken pieces.
7Cook till chicken pieces are done and gravy is thick.
8Add loom! first milk and stir till uniform. Remove from flame.
9Garnish with coriander leaves.
10Serve hot with Appam, Pathin or Ghee Rice.
