    Chicken 250 grm

    Coriander powder 1tsp

    Chilli powder 3/4 tsp

    Garam masala 3 / 4tsp

    Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

    Pepper powder 1/2 tsp

    Fennel 1/4 tsp

    Cinnamon small piece

    Savola 1

    Tomato 1

    Green pepper 1

    Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

    Curry leaves

    Salt needed

    Chilli Powder

    Coriander Powder

    Garam Masala

    Turmeric Powder

  • 1Add chicken 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and salt and cook in a little water. When it is cool, shred into small pieces.

    2Add oil to pan and Mix Cumin, Cinnamon and Savola (which is made as paste in blender). Saute Well. Add Salt as necessary.

    3Add ginger garlic paste and green chili to this.

    4Then add all the Masala powders (except black pepper) and tomatoes. Saute well.

    5Add chicken and stock to the mix. Cook in high flame.

    6Add the black pepper powder to this time and make it dry for a few minutes.

    7Kothu Kozhi is ready.
