1Mix chicken with salt, pepper and vinegar and set aside.
2Take flour in a bowl along with all ingredients given together. Set aside.
3Take egg, salt, water in a bowl and whisk well.
4Now take chicken, coat in flour, then dip in egg and then coat in flour. Pack it well.
5Set aside in a plate to dry for 5 mins.
6Heat oil in a pressure cooker, drop chicken in and fry for 30 seconds to 45 seconds.
7Cover the cooker and pressure cook for 1 or 2 whistle.
8Now switch off the flame and let it sit for 5 mins.
9Now release the pressure carefully by lifting the whistle with a spoon.
10Now open the cooker, and heat it again and fry till the outer layer gets crispy again.
11Now drain it and serve hot.
