1Mix Appam podi with Water.
2Coconut Shread, Small onion and Cumin powder in Mixer and Mix with the appam podi and water.
3Add Salt and yeast to mix.
4Mix batter well and keep it for fragmentation overnight.
5Heat the non stick appa chatti on slow flame and once well heated pour Oil or butter just to glisten the surface.
6Add sufficient batter before spreading it out.
7Place the lid and let the appam cook under its own steam.
8Once the appam is cooked, it is ready to be removed with a non-stick spatula.
For Chicken Stew
1Add Oil as Required
2Add in Diced, Boiled Chicken
3Salt as Required
4Fry for 5 minutes
5Add some oil for frying. Add in Sliced Onions 1 1/2 cups.
6Add in Diced Carrots - 1 cup and Salt as required
7Mix the Marinated chicken with Gravy.
8Add in Spices like Cloves, Cinnamon Sticks, Fennel seeds to it.
9Mix Coconut Milk 1 1/2 cups to the mix.
10Cook for 10 minutes.
