1Boil the cauliflower florets and peas in a pan of water seasoned with salt and the turmeric.
2Drain well and set aside.
1Heat the oil in a wide pan.
2Add the cumin seeds and chilli powder and cook until the cumin seeds start to crackle.
3Add cauliflower and peas and stir until the cauliflower starts to brown.
4Add little water to avoid burning the ingredients and cook.
5Serve with sea salt and the coriander to garnish.
