    Ingredients

    Eastern Instant Palappam--

    Palappam Podi-500g

    Sugar-4 tablespoon

    Salt- ½teaspoon

    Water (light warm)-5-6 Glasses (850 ml)

    Egg Curry--

    Egg (Boiled and cut into 4 pieces) – 5 Nos

    Big Onion (sliced) – 3 Nos

    Eastern Egg Masala- 40g

    Refined vegetable oil – 3 Table spoon

    Green Chilly sliced – 3 Nos

    Curry Leaves

    Mustard

    Water – as required

    Salt to taste

  • Preparation--

    1Mix all the ingredients of the Palappam mix thoroughly in a mixer for 1 min.

    2After 1 hour delicious Palappams can be made.

    3note: (½ to 1 glass of milk +5 to 5 ½ glasses of water (instead of 5 to 6 glasses of water) will improve the taste and softness)

    Cooking--

    1Heat oil.

    2Crackle mustard and saute sliced onion till the onion turn golden brown.

    3Add green chilly, curry leaves and salt.

    4Add Eastern Egg Masala and sauté further.

    5Pour the required water and bring to boil.

    6Now add sliced Eggs.

    7When gravy thickens remove from fire and serve hot.
