1Grind all the ingredients under 'For Chutney' with little warm drinking water. Add water as per the thickness of the chutney needed.
2Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds, urad dal curry leaves and dry red chilies.
3Transfer the ground chutney to the serving bowl and add the tempering to it. Mix it together and serve.
4tip: Add 2 ladles of milk while grinding the chutney to make it look more whiter.
