Chicken Swiss Roll

    Chicken .. 250g

    Egg ... 5 nos

    Maida's 3 tbsp

    Milk- 2 tbsp

    Savola -One cut out

    Cabbage cut into cubes

    Capsicum chopped


    Spring onion chopped

    A tablespoon

    Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

    Green pepper - 1 tsp

    Pepper powder- 1 tsp

    A pinch of garam masala powder

    Salt to taste

    Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

    Coriander leaves. A few

    Oil - 3 tbsp

  • 1Flatten chicken to 1/4-in. thickness.

    2place one cheese and prosciutto slice down the center of each.

    3Roll up jelly-roll style,

    4starting with a short side;

    5secure with toothpicks.

    6In a small skillet, brown chicken in butter and oil on all sides;

    7transfer to an 8-in.

    8Square baking dish coated with cooking spray.

    9Cover and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until a thermometer reads 170°.

    10In the same skillet, saute onion and garlic until tender.

    11Stir in flour until blended; gradually add wine. B

    12ring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

    13Stir in the remaining ingredients.

    14Discard toothpicks from chicken rolls; serve with sauce.
