Chicken. -250 grm
Savola. -1 nos
Coriander Powder -1 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper powder -1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder -1/4 teaspoon
Garam Masala. -1 teaspoon
Ginger - cut into sticks - 3/4 tsp
Garlic chopped - 3/4 tsp
Green pepper. - 3/4 tsp
Coriander and curry leaves - As Required
Salt - As Required
Oil enough to fry
Ginger Garlic Paste
1Smashed Potatoes are cooked to boil.
2Boil Chicken with turmeric powder, salt and pepper powder. Keep the same for cooling.
3Heat a pan and pour 2 Table spoon of Oil. Add in Cumin seeds and onion as well. Saute well.
4Add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli to the mix. Stir well, Care should be taken not to Overcook the mix.
5Add the cooked chicken to the mix and fry well. Add coriander leaves and curry leaves as well.
6Mix well and Add the mashed potato to the mix. Add salt to your taste. Keep it for cooling.
7After Cooling, Make the mix in rounded shape. Fry it up.
8Fry in hot oil.
