    Ingredients

    Grated Beetroot - 250g

    Small Onions - 2

    Garlic cloves - 2

    Green Chilly - 3

    Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp

    Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup

    Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp

    Curry Leaves - as per requirement

    Dry Red Chilly - 2-3

    Coconut Oil - as per requirement

    Salt - as per requirement

    Coconut Oil

    Mustard

    Turmeric Powder

    1Grate or chop finely the Beetroot.

    2Chop the onions and green chilly.

    3Mix well together with the above-chopped items, grated coconut, salt and turmeric powder.

    Method

    1Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and saute dry red chillies and curry leaves.

    2Add the Beetroot-Coconut mixture to it and mix well.

    3Close the lid and let it cook for 2-3 mins, or you could cook fry cook it by adding more oil.
