Banoffe dessert pie made from bananas, cream and caramel, combined with a base made from crumbled biscuits and butter.

  • 1Place Digestive Biscuits and Cheese in the blender. Ensure the same was grinded well.

    2Spoon this into the base of a Non-sticky saucepan and press against the bottom and sides – this is the base of the banoffee pie recipe. Chill it for ten minutes.

    3Slice Banana into small piece and place it in the top of the Biscuit+Cheese Mix.

    4Pour Caramel on top of the same and Freeze for an Hour.

    5Decorate with the remaining bananas and finish with dusting cocoa powder on top.

    Cooking Tips

    To get the most out of our banoffee pie recipe, make sure that you really boil the filling for at least 1 minute to be sure it sets to a fantastically tasty squidgy caramel. You can also use grated chocolate to decorate the pie!
