Pulav Biryani
Pulav Biryani is a rich version of the conventional ‘pilaf’ which incorporates the cooking techniques of both pulav and biryani. The pilaf rice is typically cooked in chicken broth seasoned with onion, tomatoes, spices, nuts, dry fruits and salt. The meat is cooked separately as typical for pulav but then layered alternately with rice as is done for biriyani. Eastern Pulav Biriyani is an aromatic, mildly spiced condiment that transforms ordinary pulav to a delicacy. The rich fragrant rice dish serves as the ideal accompaniment to your curries
