Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Lucky Draw is open only to authorized dealers of Orkla India Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) who are in good standing with the Company.
2. Participation Criteria:
   Dealers must meet the minimum qualifying criteria specified by the Company. Authorized dealers of Orkla India Limited attending the All Kerala Dealers Meet organized by the Company on 12th October 2025, and possessing a valid gift coupon, will be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Orkla India Limited are not eligible to participate. Dealers must enter their Shop ID in the Lucky Draw coupon provided by the Company.
3. Offer Period: The Company reserves the right to modify or extend the offer duration at its sole discretion. This Lucky Draw is applicable only to authorized dealers in Kerala.
4. Use of Information: All information provided by participants in connection with this offer will be used by Orkla India Limited solely for the purpose of managing the Lucky Draw.
5. Prize Disclaimer: Orkla India Limited does not assume any responsibility regarding the merchantability or quality of the prize. Any issues, defects, or deficiencies related to the prize must be addressed directly by the winner with the manufacturer of the prize.
6. Voluntary Participation: Participation in the Lucky Draw is purely voluntary and will be construed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Lucky Draw implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Prize Conditions: All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
9. Final Decision: The decision of Orkla India Limited regarding any aspect of the Lucky Draw will be final and binding on all participants.
10. Taxes and Charges: Any taxes, levies, or charges applicable on the prize will be borne by the winner, unless otherwise stated.
11. Disqualification: Dealers found violating the Company’s policies or engaging in fraudulent activities will be disqualified from participation.
12. Right to Reject Entries: Orkla India Limited reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate, incomplete, or non-compliant with these Terms.
13. Draw Process: The Lucky Draw will be conducted during the contest period to determine the winners.
14. Winner Verification: Prizes will be awarded subject to verification of the winner’s credentials and eligibility by Orkla India Limited.
15. Force Majeure: Orkla India Limited shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or non-delivery of prizes due to Acts of God, government actions, or other Force Majeure events. No compensation or claim shall be entertained in such cases.
16. No Correspondence: The decision of Orkla India Limited regarding the selection of winners and distribution of prizes shall be final. No correspondence, queries, or claims in this regard will be entertained.
17. Limitation of Liability: Orkla India Limited shall not be liable, whether jointly or severally, for any loss, damage, personal injury, or property damage suffered or sustained as a result of acceptance or use of any prize.
18. Dispute Resolution:
    1. The courts of competent jurisdiction at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Contest.
    2. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
