Terms & Conditions

1. The Contestant agrees to provide complete and correct information with respect to his/her identity, contact details, location, age, and such other information as may be required.
2. The contest is open to all Indian citizens with the exception of employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partners of ECPL  residing anywhere in India and abroad
3. The contest will go live on  April 13th, 2018 and will end at 6:00 pm on October 30th, 2020.
4. The participants can  submit their entries through  Eastern’s official Facebook Account (www.facebook.com/eastern.in) or Twitter Account (eastern_in) or Instagram (eastern_in)
5. The contestants have to use the hashtag #MyChukkuKappiMoment and tag Eastern
6. Lucky winners will get a surprise gift hamper from Eastern.
7. The winner will be announced on Eastern’s social media accounts
8. Winners will be required to send in their contact details to the social media accounts of eastern.
9. The Prize shall not be transferable/redeemable. No request shall be entertained in this behalf.
10. The decision of the judges in terms of selection of winners will be final and will not be subject to any further discussion/debate
11. Eastern reserves the right to change/modify terms and conditions and/or criteria of the Contest at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason.
12. Posting of any spam, foul, indecent, threatening, business promotion, discriminatory, and/or false comments would lead to disqualification of the participant from the contest, at the sole discretion of Eastern.
13. Eastern condiments shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft caused to the Prize(s) after handing over the same to the winner/ his/ her assign(s).
14. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of Eastern Condiments shall be final.
15. This contest is in no way associated with or sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Twitter/Facebook/Instagram. All information in this contest is collected by Eastern Condiments Pvt. Ltd. and not Twitter/Facebook/Instagram

ODDS OF WINNING :

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.

PRIZE DRAWING :

The drawing for a selection of the winners of the Contest will be aggregated at the end of the Contest Period. We will notify the selected participant by E-mail/ tweet/ Facebook Comment / Messenger following the draw. If any selected participant does not respond back to any communications sent in relation to the Contest within the time period ( 2 weeks) communicated by Eastern,  he/she shall not be eligible to be declared as the winner of the Prize. The selected participant will also be required to prove his/her contact details, failing which he/she will be disqualified from the Contest
