Ingredients

  • Eastern Shahi Paneer Masala – Entire pack
  • Paneer – 150 g
  • Tomatoes – 150 (3 nos)
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Butter – 2 tbsp

Step by Step Instructions

Preparation

  1. Mix the entire pack of spice mix with 1 cup of milk to make a paste.

Cooking

  1. Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan.
  2. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add spice mix paste and cook for 2-3 mins.
  4. Add paneer cubes, 1/2 cut of water and cook for 2-3 mins.
  5. Garnish and serve hot with phulka or naan.
