Ingredients
- Eastern Shahi Paneer Masala – Entire pack
- Paneer – 150 g
- Tomatoes – 150 (3 nos)
- Milk – 1 cup
- Butter – 2 tbsp
Step by Step Instructions
Preparation
- Mix the entire pack of spice mix with 1 cup of milk to make a paste.
Cooking
- Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add spice mix paste and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Add paneer cubes, 1/2 cut of water and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Garnish and serve hot with phulka or naan.
