Ingredients
For the batter
- Gram Flour- 2 Cup
- Rice Flour- 1 Cup
- Jackfruit365- 1 Cup
- Salt- As required
For the pakodas
- Onions- 3 Nos
- Green Chilli- 2 Nos
- Chilli Powder- 4 Tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 Tsp
- Coconut Oil for deep frying
Steps
Preparation
- Make a thick batter with the ingredients for batter.
- Add water little by little as required.
- To the batter, add pakoda mix and blend well.
Cooking
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Drop pakodas in the oil.
- Fry them over high heat till golden brown.
