It was a bit of a coincidence that it turned out to be a Latte, I wanted to make a melon smoothie, but it turned out so foamie, that I made a “latte” instead. Ingredients
For the pink layer:
- 1/2 galia melon
For the foam: - 1/2 galia melon
- some baobab powder
- Topped with salted caramel coconut chips
