Ingredients
- Wheat noodles one pack
- Olive oil ad required
- Garlic three tsp jumbo shrimps one cup
- Lemon – half slice
- Oregano two tsp
- Pepper and salt as required
Directions
- Cook the noodles as per the instructions given at the back of the pack and set it aside
- Next take a non stick pan and add in some olive oil and chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown say for about three mins
- Next add in the jumbo shrimps and cooked until they turn pink For about ten mins
- Add pepper and salt as required and cook it for another five minutes
- Squeeze the juice of a sliced lemon and mix t thoroughly
- Next add in the cooked noodles
- And mix everything well
- Add in a little bit of oregano and that’s it
- Serve it with some fresh coriander leaves on top
