Ingredients

  • Wheat noodles one pack
  • Olive oil ad required
  • Garlic three tsp jumbo shrimps one cup
  • Lemon – half slice
  • Oregano two tsp
  • Pepper and salt as required

 Directions

  1. Cook the noodles as per the instructions given at the back of the pack and set it aside
  2. Next take a non stick pan and add in some olive oil and chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown say for about three mins
  3. Next add in the jumbo shrimps and cooked until they turn pink For about ten mins
  4. Add pepper and salt as required and cook it for another five minutes
  5. Squeeze the juice of a sliced lemon and mix t thoroughly
  6. Next add in the cooked noodles
  7. And mix everything well
  8. Add in a little bit of oregano and that’s it
  9. Serve it with some fresh coriander leaves on top
