Ingredients
- Skinless Boneless Chicken thighs strips – 10 # (visible fat removed)I even dig in to remove the fat in between the flesh.
- Yoghurt- 100ml
- Paprika- 1/4 tsp
- Eastern Kashmiri red chilly powder- 1 tsp
- Nutmeg powder- 1/4 tsp
- White vinegar- 2 tsp
- Crushed cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp
- White pepper powder- less than 1/4 tsp
- Sunflower Oil- 1 tsp
- Salt
Steps
- Mix all the ingredients except chicken.
- Marinade the chicken in the mixture and leave it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
- “Fry’ the chicken. No extra oil is needed.
- Top the green lettuce and chopped tomatoes with ‘fried’ chicken. Add homemade garlic sauce.
