Ingredients

  • Skinless Boneless Chicken thighs strips – 10 # (visible fat removed)I even dig in to remove the fat in between the flesh.
  • Yoghurt- 100ml
  • Paprika- 1/4 tsp
  • Eastern Kashmiri red chilly powder- 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder- 1/4 tsp
  • White vinegar- 2 tsp
  • Crushed cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper powder- less than 1/4 tsp
  • Sunflower Oil- 1 tsp
  • Salt

Steps

  1. Mix all the ingredients except chicken.
  2. Marinade the chicken in the mixture and leave it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
  3. “Fry’ the chicken. No extra oil is needed.
  4. Top the green lettuce and chopped tomatoes with ‘fried’ chicken. Add homemade garlic sauce.
