Make Restaurant style Paneer Butter Masala at home.

Ingredients

  • Eastern Paneer butter Masala – Entire Pack
  • Tomatoes – 150 g (3 nos)
  • Paneer – 200 g
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Paneer Butter Masala

Step by Step instructions

Preparation

  1. Mix the entire pack of spice mix with 1 cup of milk to make a paste.

Cooking

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a pan.
  2. Add tomato puree and fry for 2-3 mins.
  3. Add spice mix paste and cook for 2-3 mins.
  4. Add paneer cubes and 1/2 cut water and simmer for 2-3 mins.
  5. Garnish and serve hot with roti or paratha.
