Ingredients
- Eastern Paneer butter Masala – Entire Pack
- Tomatoes – 150 g (3 nos)
- Paneer – 200 g
- Milk – 1 cup
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Paneer Butter Masala
Step by Step instructions
Preparation
- Mix the entire pack of spice mix with 1 cup of milk to make a paste.
Cooking
- Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a pan.
- Add tomato puree and fry for 2-3 mins.
- Add spice mix paste and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Add paneer cubes and 1/2 cut water and simmer for 2-3 mins.
- Garnish and serve hot with roti or paratha.
