This Wheat Flour Ladoo is very tasty & good for health. It is so simple to do. Here we use Jaggery instead of Sugar. It is very good for our health and also Calcium rich content. It is mainly good for growing children.

    Ingredients

    Wheat Flour = 1 Cup

    Ghee = 1/4 Cup

    Jaggery powdered = 1/2 Cup

    Milk Powder = 1/4 Cup

    Glucose Powder = 1/4 Cup

    Cardamom powder =1/2 Tsp

    Cashewnuts = 10

  • 1Roast cashewnuts in ghee. Set aside.

    2Heat ghee (2 tbsp) in a pan and roast the Wheat flour in ghee till nice aroma came. Then switch off the flame,

    3add jaggery powder, Milk powder, Glucose Powder and Cardamom Powder.

    4Mix well.

    5Heat the ghee and pour it in the mixture and mix well. When it is warm and can handle with dry hands, make this into ladoos.

    6Store it in a clean, dry air-tight container. This ladoo will stay perfect in room temperature for 2 weeks.

    Cooking Tips

    We use Ghee in hot. After finished Ladoo preparation, allow it for room temperature. Then keep it in a Air-tight container.
