1Cut Chicken in medium size pieces.
2Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaves, chopped onions and fry.
3After a minute add chicken pieces, salt and turmeric, and stir for 2 min till the chicken is 50% cooked.
4Add Tomato puree, Ginger garlic paste and Crushed Pepper.
5Stir regularly till the chicken is almost cooked, and close the lid when you’re not stirring.
6Now add chilli powder, pepper powder and Methi leaves and stir well (no need of closing the lid this time)
7After a min remove from flame and serve.
